Southern Appalachian Wilderness Stewards (SAWS) is a premier organization setting standards of excellence that inspire, connect, and equip people to steward wild landscapes.

Come learn about crosscut saws, a traditional tool used in trail maintenance on public lands. There will be hands on demonstrations, and participants can take home a tree cookie they cut themselves.

Open to participants ages 5 and older. A parent must be present and provide permission for participation. PPE is provided.
