Wild Way Geocache Hunt

In celebration of this year’s GO Fest, The Wild Way will be hosting a GEOCACHE HUNT at the Explore Park. Geocaching is a real-world treasure hunt where participants use GPS coordinates and clues to find hidden containers called “caches”.

This Geocache Hunt will feature multiple caches hidden throughout the Explore Park, starting at Journey’s End. As you hunt, you’ll learn more about how early settlers to our region lived while following a series of clues that take you from cache to cache. If you find the final cache at the end and sign the log book, you’ll be entered to win a prize!

Families can do this hunt at ANY time during GO Fest on their own using the Geocaching app or geocaching.com by searching for "The Wild Way 2026 GO Fest Geocache Hunt". Use Code: GCBYA1F

If you don't want to use the app or website, there is enough information in the caches themselves to play.

Families can do this hunt at ANY time during GO Fest. If you’d like to hunt with other people and learn more about The Wild Way, we will also be doing a group hunt from 1pm to 2pm on Sunday, October 18th.
