55-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (bodyweight & resistance bands)
This empowering high-intensity strength training class is designed to give you an efficient full body workout in just 55 minutes. It includes dynamic strength training circuits, short cardio bursts and a dedicated core section.
Strength training helps increase bone density and joint health, build muscle to strengthen and improve mobility, stability and balance, improve/maintain healthy metabolism, and improves mental and cognitive health.
