Vinyasa Flow 1 Hour Yoga Session

Come loosen up with an accessible, yet challenging yoga flow. We will focus on breathing, strengthening poses, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. If you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there is something here for you.

This one hour long class will be taught by Hannah Mosby, who teaches throughout the Roanoke Valley as Dayspring Yoga.
