Topics will delve into the development of regional outdoor assets like the Roanoke River Greenway, Explore Park, and Waid Park. Attendees will get to hear about both the visionary mindset and organizational reality of this progress from the point of view of municipal parks and recreation departments. The Directors who will be speaking will be Michael Clark from City of Roanoke, Allen Hayes from Roanoke County, and Paul Chapman from Franklin County.
